Yup’ik artist, activist, and choreographer Emily Johnson brings a powerful new performance project to the Bandshell, blending dance, storytelling, and craft. By immersing the audience in over 4,000 square feet of handmade quilts and movement that extends beyond the stage, Johnson uplifts the words of Indigenous writers and storytellers and calls us to reconnect with nature.
