Social Justice Comics Workshop for Teens

In this free workshop, students ages 11 – 14 consider how artists use the language of cartoons and comics to approach challenging topics. Drawing inspiration from the exhibition, Ben Shahn, On Nonconformity, students design and create their own comic addressing social issues that matter to them.
